Master Boot Record, Fulci and arottenbit on the A38
Tuesday 8 December

Three Italian acts on one bill, pulling computer metal, death metal and Game Boy chiptune into a horror-themed night in the ship's concert hall. It runs as part of the Fekete Zaj series.
About the event
Master Boot Record is the project the producer Vittorio D'amore started in 2016, running heavy metal through synthesised electronics; the live band adds the guitarist Edoardo Taddei and the drummer Giulio Galati, and the latest record, Hardwarez, came out on Metal Blade. D'amore also made the video game VirtuaVerse and wrote its soundtrack. Fulci take their name from the horror director Lucio Fulci and build their death metal set around video projections, synthesisers and theatrical staging. arottenbit is Alessandro Galli's Milan project, playing sludge, techno and hardcore punk on an old Game Boy rescued from the bin, now with two drummers behind him.
