Hommage à Cziffra in Nagytétény

Brahms and Poulenc for clarinet and piano before the interval, then a bar pianist takes the room for old Hungarian songs. Free, but you have to register by email.

About the event

Claudio Mansutti on clarinet and Federica Repini on piano have worked together for more than fifteen years and have played to audiences at Carnegie Hall and in Europe's best known concert halls. They take the first half with Brahms's Sonata in F minor, op. 120 no. 1, and Poulenc's sonata, which makes the most of what the clarinet can do. After the break Gyula Nyári turns the evening towards bar piano, working through old Hungarian hits, chansons and operetta. Dávid Dinya hosts.
