Firkin at Barba Negra

Firkin mark eighteen years with a night the venue bills as a concert and a dance party rather than a straight gig.

About the event

The band bring in guest musicians and promise new songs, and after the concert they go acoustic for an Irish dance house and play for the dancing. It is on the Blue Stage, the 850-capacity room where Barba Negra puts its club programme, with the same line-array sound system as the big stage and the audience much closer to it. The yard outside is part of the night, with the drink stalls and the street food stands. Entry is by ticket barcode after a bag check at the gates. Anyone under eighteen needs an adult with them, and photographs are phone only.
