AWS 20 x Madách at the Budapest Arena

The Hungarian metal band AWS turn twenty with a one-off arena show that puts every era of the band on stage, the reworked Madách songs included.
About the event
AWS started as a school band in 2006 and worked up through the country's clubs to sold-out tours, their own Budapest Park concerts and festival main stages. In 2018 they won A Dal and represented Hungary at the Eurovision final in Lisbon. Their singer and songwriter Örs Siklósi died suddenly in 2021, and the band carried on in a new line-up. The set runs from the early club years through the Eurovision songs to the Fonogram-winning album Innen szép nyerni, and folds in the Madách material, orchestrated for a theatre and now rebuilt for an arena stage. The band call it a one-off rather than a tour date.
